You can return your items and we will be happy to refund or replace the item for you as long as the goods are in their original packaging and condition, with the invoice as proof of purchase within 30 days of receipt firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note we do not accept returns for items that have been ordered in specially unless faulty or damaged so we advise checking measurements ahead of ordering.
Please note on non faulty items, we cannot refund for the postage paid for delivery from us to yourself or refund for the cost of returning the item to us and we will not be held liable for any loss or damage during return. Please ensure that goods are returned unused and in their original condition (including the packaging). If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
Please make sure items are well packaged, as we cannot be held responsible for breakages in returned items. Ask for proof of postage from the post office for your returned item as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.
If you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch, please email us at email@example.com. If you order has already been dispatched you will need to follow the procedure set out in the returns policy.
Please note: the cost of returning the goods and the safe return of goods is your responsibility until the order is received by us, we therefore suggest you return items using a recorded delivery service.
We will issue a full refund to the card used when placing the order, excluding any delivery charges (unless the item is faulty). Please allow 3-5 days for a full refund from the date we receive the goods (Refunds will depend on bank processing times).
